Job Description

• Performs accurate patient registration for outpatient laboratory specimen
• Demonstrates computer proficiency
• Assures proper collection, completion and reporting of tests ordered
• Reviews pending logs and investigates/resolves outstanding issues
• Reviews and orders send-out tests for reference laboratories
• Assists in the scheduling and training of team members within the department
• Investigates problems and missing specimen

QualificationsMinimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum Experience

• 3 years of clinical experience preferred
