@ChaseSupport HELP! I am stuck in an endless loop with travel- hold for a half hour, talk for 20 minutes, hold again and call drops. I call again and give the exact same information again. Started at 11 am today and it is now 2:18. Additionally, this started July 3. HELP

I hv never rcvd such poor customer svc then w/@Chase biz banking. 2xs I was told my acct wd be referred 2 the “complaints dept”. I asked who wd b contacting me from complaints & they sd a note wd be made. I asked how & I was told that they could not give me that info. #ChaseBank

@ChaseSupport I wish I never applied for Amazon prime visa card with chase, I can come to bank and fix what is needed, but there is no way your rep tells me and asks for otp and ssn on phone seems like a fraud call to me.
